AM Graphics Returns Policy
Here at my studio, I always take pride in packaging each piece of art with great care. From past experience, I have found that within our postage system, others don't always have the same care, therefore, I now have to include some form or plastic protection. In the event that there is damage to your artwork during transit, please do let me know as soon as possible (pics of the damaged goods helps with postal insurance) and I will redo your artwork. I will try to take as little time as possible but cannot guarentee speedy delivery, as I always put valued time into each piece of art I create. Obviously, every piece of art is different but I always endeavour to supply my clients with an end result that will make them very happy.
With regards to portraiture. The drawing or painting can only be as good as the reference photographs given by each client. This is why I take great care in discussing each composition with my clients to ensure that the end result is the one they were hoping for, or even surprised by receiving better. I cannot stress enough, how important communication and the best possible reference pics are. If my clients can take extra care with this, like all of my past clients, then there will never be a need for returns.
